Return & Exchange

Jiva Couture Ltd. will review and honour returns up to 7 days from the date you received the item(s). Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged and unused ready to wear merchandise.  Returns will be credited back as Store credit toward a future purchase.


Should an item not meet your expectations, please email info@jivacouture.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. On receipt of your email, Jiva Couture Ltd. will respond with instructions on the return procedure. All returns must be received unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of when the item was delivered to you. Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive an account credit (excluding shipping costs) towards a future purchase at www.jivacouture.com.


Please note that custom orders or outfits that have been altered are final sale and not eligible for return. If you receive a custom order that is defective, damaged, or has a major discrepancy in measurements (please refer to terms and conditions for definition of “major discrepancy”), you may send the item back to us for modification/alternation.


All costs associated with shipping the returned item are to be borne by the customer.


We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order.
