Return Policy: Unworn and unused merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Upon receipt of the returned items, the customer will receive a store credit towards a future purchase. No returns are allowed on custom made clothing.  

Delivery policy: Garment will be delivered to the customer within 4-7 business days of original purchase

Cancellation Policy: We can cancel your order if you send your request to info@jivacouture.com within 24 hours of placing the order, after that the order cannot be cancelled.
